The Water Scrooge™ Toilet Replacement Program
Replace old, inefficient toilets with modern WaterSense-certified toilets designed to reduce water waste, improve comfort, and help lower long-term operating costs.
Did you know...
Old toilets can quietly waste thousands of dollars on your already inflated water bill.
Toilets are one of the biggest sources of water use in rental properties. When they are outdated, leaking, or inefficient, they can create unnecessary costs month after month.
Many property owners do not realize there is a toilet problem until the water bill spikes. By then, avoidable water usage may have already gone down the drain.
Older toilets can also create more maintenance calls, more tenant complaints, and more opportunities for silent leaks.
Fortunately, we have a solution!

The Water Scrooge™ Toilet Replacement Program
The Water Scrooge™ Toilet Replacement Program helps landlords and property managers replace outdated toilets with high-efficiency toilets built for everyday residential use.
Our recommended replacement option is a WaterSense-certified, chair-height, elongated 2-piece toilet designed to conserve water without sacrificing performance. The model uses a high-efficiency single flush rated at 1.28 GPF / 4.8 LPF, includes Fluidmaster fittings, and is designed for a standard 12-inch rough-in installation.
The result is simple: better toilets, less waste, and a smarter path toward lower water usage across your property.
